We are part of the CCM-CXM Technology Vendor Aspire Leaderboard. The Aspire Leaderboard is an independent evaluation and benchmarking platform operated by Aspire Customer Communications Services. It analyzes providers of Customer Communication Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions and positions them within a dynamic ranking model. The evaluation is based on two primary criteria: Capabilities (the performance of the solutions and the company) and Strategic Direction (vision, innovation, and future strategy).
